Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Green Pants Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Green Pants Studio provides creative and technical services including but not limited to brand strategy, website design and development, growth marketing, content production, product design, and team augmentation. Specific service terms, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements between Green Pants Studio and the client.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Green Pants Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Work product created for clients is transferred upon full payment as specified in the project agreement.

• Green Pants Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging Green Pants Studio for services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information, feedback, and approvals necessary for project completion

• Ensure that any materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

• Make payments according to the terms outlined in the project agreement

• Designate a primary point of contact for communication and decision-making

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Green Pants Studio reserves the right to pause work on any project with outstanding invoices exceeding 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Pants Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement. Specific confidentiality terms may be defined in individual project agreements or NDAs.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Green Pants Studio will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from website content without permission

• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the website

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
