We started Green Pants Studio because we believe great work comes from real partnership.

Not from ticket queues. Not from faceless agencies. Not from cobbled-together freelance teams. From people who sit down together, understand the problem, and build the right solution, with craft, speed, and honesty.

Our Story

Born from a simple idea: what if the studio actually cared?

Green Pants Studio was founded in 2020 on a simple belief: the best creative and technical work happens when the people doing the work genuinely care about the outcome — not just the invoice. Since then, we have completed over 50 projects across industries including healthcare, wellness, education, fintech, and SaaS.

We've grown to a team of 14 across engineering, design, video, and operations. But we've kept the culture intentionally small. Every person on our team knows the clients, understands the goals, and takes ownership of the outcome. Our approach is informed by agile principles and the concept of Unreasonable Hospitality.

We don't scale through headcount. We scale through clarity, systems, and deep expertise. That's how a 14-person studio can outperform teams three times our size.

Chief Executive Officer

Isaiah leads Green Pants Studio with an uncommon mix of strategic thinking, product instinct, and genuine care for the people he works with, both clients and team members.

He's the person who sets the vision, builds the relationships, and ensures that every engagement creates real value. His background spans product, business strategy, and creative direction, and he brings all of it to the table.

Isaiah doesn't lead from a distance. He's in the work, shaping strategy, reviewing design, challenging assumptions, and making sure the team is set up to do their best work.

Minhaj is the operational backbone of Green Pants Studio. He runs the engine — coordinating the team, managing delivery, and making sure that great strategy becomes great execution.

His strength is in connecting people, timelines, and priorities into a system that actually works. He bridges the gap between what the client needs and what the team builds, with discipline, clarity, and an eye for quality.

Under Minhaj's operational leadership, the team delivers consistently, communicates clearly, and maintains the high standard that clients trust us for. He's the reason things don't just get started; they get finished.
