Our Story
Born from a simple idea: what if the studio actually cared?
Green Pants Studio was founded in 2020 on a simple belief: the best creative and technical work happens when the people doing the work genuinely care about the outcome - not just the invoice. Since then, we have completed over 50 projects across industries including healthcare, wellness, education, fintech, and SaaS.
We've grown to a team of 17 across engineering, design, QA, video, and operations. But we've kept the culture intentionally small. Every person on our team knows the clients, understands the goals, and takes ownership of the outcome. Our approach is informed by agile principles and the concept of Unreasonable Hospitality.
We don't scale through headcount. We scale through clarity, systems, and deep expertise. That's how a 17-person studio can outperform teams three times our size.

Isaiah McPeak
Chief Executive Officer
Isaiah is a former intelligence analyst who has since founded or co-founded six companies, shipped 200+ digital products, and trained 2,500+ leaders. That combination is rare: most analysts do not build, and most founders are not trained in synthesis under pressure.
It is why Green Pants can credibly say "we may tell you not to build yet." He has been the founder, the analyst, and the team. He has raised, sold, and run product, and he has refused contracts that would have wasted a founder's capital.
Isaiah doesn't lead from a distance. He's in the work, running whiteboard sessions, challenging assumptions, and making sure every engagement is pointed at a proof milestone, not activity.

Minhajul Alam
General Manager
Minhaj is the operational backbone of Green Pants Studio. He runs the engine - coordinating the team, managing delivery, and making sure that great strategy becomes great execution.
His strength is in connecting people, timelines, and priorities into a system that actually works. He bridges the gap between what the client needs and what the team builds, with discipline, clarity, and an eye for quality.
Under Minhaj's operational leadership, the team delivers consistently, communicates clearly, and maintains the high standard that clients trust us for. He's the reason things don't just get started; they get finished.
The Difference
We're not for everyone. And that's intentional.
The enemy is waste: wasted build budget, ad spend, founder time, SaaS subscriptions, premature hires, and runway. We work with founders and operators who measure success in proof, not activity. We won't blindly build your app, run ads for an unproven offer, or refresh a logo in isolation. Sometimes the most valuable thing we say is "don't build yet."

Our team works across time zones and disciplines, but the culture is tight. We do regular check-ins, team retrospectives, and yes, we make time for the moments that make work feel like more than just work.
