Common questions
Is this a sales call in disguise?
No. It is a working meeting and you are paying for it, which is exactly why it can stay honest. If the plan says you do not need an agency, that is what it will say. That has happened, more than once.
What if my numbers are a mess?
Bring what you have. How you track things is itself a diagnostic. Nobody has ever shown up with perfect data.
Can my team join?
Up to two people. Bring your GM or whoever runs marketing. It usually makes the session better.
How soon can we do it?
Roughly a week from application, depending on the calendar.
What if I want to work with you after?
Then we talk about it after, separately, on its own merits. Nothing in this session commits either of us to anything.
Do you know my industry?
Probably some version of it. Dog daycare and boarding, physical therapy, functional medicine, med spa, wellness, catering, professional services. But the honest answer is that the constraint pattern repeats across all of them, and I would rather find your specific one than assume I already know it from a case study.
